About the Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day will be filled with engaging interactions and the satisfaction of resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Repair/Work Orders, including Loaner management
  • Arrange returns and collections, and handle proof of delivery and pricing requests
  • Manage incoming emails and calls with professionalism and care
  • Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes effectively
  • Log and follow up on issue resolutions, ensuring clear communication back to the customer
  • Take responsibility for executing tasks while supporting colleagues across various complex areas
  • Collaborate with your team to effectively organise and prioritise tasks within your specific areas
  • Work cross-functionally on customer-specific topics to enhance service delivery
  • Assist in mentoring and training junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge
