The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the aftersales team of our well-respected client at their dealership in Newbury.
This exciting opportunity offers an attractive Monday to Friday working schedule, making it perfect for someone looking to improve their work-life balance while thriving in the fast-paced motor trade environment.
Key Responsibilities Of A Service Advisor:
Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
Manage customer arrivals and departures, providing timely updates and promoting additional services.
Generate invoices, accept payments, and explain detailed work and any findings from technicians.
Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, including booking and paperwork checks.
The Package:
Salary: £26,000 to £27,500 basic salary (potentially negotiable) with an OTE of up to £33,000!
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm), 1 Hour Lunch & No Weekends!
