Key Responsibilities:
- Tutoring/Training Digital to Adults based on a College Campus.
- Plan your own classes/courses based on student abilities.
- Identifying the digital learning needs of the organisation or target audience to tailor programs effectively.
- Customizing training approaches to accommodate different learning styles, such as hands-on practice, visual aids, or written resources.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Holds a minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification (preferred).
- Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
