Digital Marketing Specialist



About the Role:

Adecco are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a client in Kingsclere. We are looking for someone with expertise in SEO, lead generation, social media and content creation.



You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating our WordPress website.
  • Creating eye-catching LinkedIn posts using Canva.
  • Writing engaging content for social media and project reviews.
  • Running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Managing email marketing and CRM connectivity.
  • Analysing marketing performance and improving strategies.


What We Need:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in SEO, WordPress and lead generation tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and analytics.
  • Canva and copywriting skills for engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A digital marketing qualification (preferred).


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in consultancy, software or engineering industries.
  • Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).


Job Details:

  • Temporary (3-6 months, potential for permanent)
  • 37.5 hours/week
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
