An excellent primary school is searching for a bright, dedicated individual to join them on a full time, long-term basis as an Early Years Teaching Assistant. You will be working in Reception (Year R), supporting Newbury children of all abilities including those with SEN. SEN includes ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you wilxl be supporting children to read, write, communicate and socialise with their peers. In your role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will actively engage with pupils, empower them, facilitate inventive and creative lessons, and be the catalyst for those awe-inspiring "Eureka moments.".

- Working 1:1 and in groups with children who have additional needs
- Outstanding CPD, including shadowing opportunities with therapists, counsellors and experienced SENDCos.
