The Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA will:
- Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of Newbury pupils.
- Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- Give support to Newbury pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement, working in a nurture intervention provision and across the schools.
The Newbury based primary cannot offer any sponsorship. They encourage all graduates within the last 5 years to apply and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to apply.
All successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant candidates will be subject to Disclosure and barring service checks along with other relevant employment checks.
