Do you want to act as a role model to students facing challenges in education?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Student Behaviour Mentor in January 2025. We are a specialist education school located in Newbury, supporting students aged 4-16 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivatingstudents throughout their education.

  • Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges
  • Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
  • Tracking progress and implementing education plans
  • Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
  • Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material
