The Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager Role
We are looking for a Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant eam with ensuring the smooth running of the events department, while providing a warm and professional service to our guests. We are looking for a Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager, who is dedicated, hardworking, polite, a team player and customer focused. This role you will be working 45 hours per week over 5 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist the restaurant manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.
- Train and mentor staff members on service standards, menu items, and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members, including coaching and performance management.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
