We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's busy team in Newbury. This role is critical to our continued growth and success. With the current employee leaving soon, we need someone to start immediately to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Enter new orders into our Microsoft AX system.
- Manage ordering from suppliers and run master planning ordering in our CRM system.
- Print orders for the warehouse and raise invoices.
- Update delivery dates in the system and run reports on GAPS to investigate historical orders.
- Communicate clearly with management and the warehouse team.
- Respond to customer queries by telephone and email, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply previous skills to the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AX, CRM systems, or similar tools is advantageous but not essential.
- Onsite parking.
