My client is a leading technology company based in Newbury. Due to continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit a FP&A Finance Analyst within the commercial finance division.

This role reports into the Senior FP&A Manager, and is a hybrid role, looking at 3 days in the office per week. The role will be responsible for the reporting and controlling of sale commissions as well as delivering the FP&A activities for the commercial unit within the organisation. A fantastic role within the commercial division where you will get involved in reporting, forecasting & budgeting, financial modelling support, reporting of commissions and stakeholder interaction.

Duties include:

  • Reporting & controls of sales commissions schemes
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Reporting monthly analysis packs
  • Report product KPI's
  • Business partnering for continual improvement
  • Financial modelling support

The successful candidate will have experience in financial modelling and forecasting & able to manage stakeholders in non-finance departments. Extensive Excel experience as well as working with SQL and Power BI will be required. This is a pivotal role in a dynamic and complex company and the individual will be equally dynamic and ambitious.
