  • Oversee and manage the organisation's daily financial operations.
  • Lead and support the finance team, providing clear guidance and direction.
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Monitor financial performance and offer strategic advice to senior management.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
  • Prepare financial forecasts based on trends and organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with auditors to streamline the annual audit process.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication across the organisation and with external stakeholders as needed.
To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:
  • Ideally ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified, or qualified by relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in financial and management accounting, with a strong ability to prepare precise and well-structured budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing annual audit processes.
  • Curious and collaborative, with the ability to engage effectively with senior managers and team members.
