Oversee and manage the organisation's daily financial operations.
Lead and support the finance team, providing clear guidance and direction.
Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
Monitor financial performance and offer strategic advice to senior management.
Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
Prepare financial forecasts based on trends and organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Collaborate with auditors to streamline the annual audit process.
Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.
Facilitate effective and timely communication across the organisation and with external stakeholders as needed.

To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:

Ideally ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified, or qualified by relevant experience.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
Expertise in financial and management accounting, with a strong ability to prepare precise and well-structured budgets.
Demonstrated success in managing annual audit processes.
Curious and collaborative, with the ability to engage effectively with senior managers and team members.
