Managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
Leading and managing the finance team, providing guidance and support.
Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Developing and managing the annual budgeting process.
Preparing financial forecasts based on trends and organisational needs.
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborating with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls.
Ensuring effective, accurate and timely communication throughout the organisation, both internally and externally, where required.

To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:

Ideally Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience .
Experienced in a similar team leading position.
A proficient expert in the domains of financial and management accounting, adept at meticulously sculpting budgets with finesse and accuracy.
Experienced in successfully running an annual audit.
Inquisitive, with the ability to work closely with senior managers and team members.
