  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
  • Leading and managing the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Developing and managing the annual budgeting process.
  • Preparing financial forecasts based on trends and organisational needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
  • Implementing and monitoring internal controls.
  • Ensuring effective, accurate and timely communication throughout the organisation, both internally and externally, where required.
To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:
  • Ideally Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience .
  • Experienced in a similar team leading position.
  • A proficient expert in the domains of financial and management accounting, adept at meticulously sculpting budgets with finesse and accuracy.
  • Experienced in successfully running an annual audit.
  • Inquisitive, with the ability to work closely with senior managers and team members.
