REED Practice are currently working with a Top Accountancy firm who are based in Newbury and are currently seeking an Outsourcing Assistant Manager to join their friendly, growing team.

Responsibilities and Duties for this role:

Review and occasional preparation of VAT returns
Review and preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Mentor and support the development of Trainees in the outsourcing team, identify and solve knowledge gaps, develop their understanding of rules and regulations
Assist Outsourcing Manager with team development including supporting the appraisal process

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous expeirence within an Accountancy practice in a similar role.
