Client Service Executive Role:

Location: Newbury 

Job Type: Full Time 

Structured working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm, and Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a new Client Service Executive who will support the Partner/Adviser in a smooth client servicing process. They will be the first point of contact for clients responsible for client administration generated from client meetings, CRM management, onboarding clients and incoming telephone calls, email, and queries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Partner with client communication and post meeting Review Letters/emails.
  • Responsible for the administration of client meetings, activities and evidencing client servicing within CRM.
  • Assisting with pre and post-meeting research and documentation including gathering information from providers, client files, documents and valuations for the Financial Advisers and collating/uploading to online client files and Financial Review documents as required.
  • Assisting with post-meeting admin, updating, and maintaining the CRM system, filing and other IT systems.
  • Responsible for managing new clients and leads within CRM.
  • Drafting client responses as appropriate and tracking/following up on actions from client meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answering calls and handling queries professionally, re-directing or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries.
  • Direct liaising with external Paraplanners, and other sub-contractors
  • Responsible for the client servicing proposition and its delivery
  • Completing training as required and proactively remaining informed of regulatory changes in financial services.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required for both the business and Partner/Adviser, consistent with the vacancy.
