We are recruiting for a Financial Administrator to join a highly reputable, chartered wealth planning firm with offices across the Southeast. This boutique business, backed by significant financial support, provides whole-of-market advice to a diverse client base including City professionals, business owners, families, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding £2 million.

The firm has a close-knit team of around 20 staff, including 5 advisers and a dedicated administrative and paraplanning team that works collaboratively to ensure a smooth advice process. The role will involve handling client services and back-office administration from start to finish, with the potential to support a specific adviser. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is integral to the business's client service offering.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience using Intelligent Office is essential.
  • Previous financial administration experience is required, though my client is open to considering junior candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional office attendance (1-2 days per week, increasing during induction).

The role offers extensive flexibility in working arrangements, providing the ideal balance between remote work and occasional office visits. Full support is available for candidates working towards their Level 4 Diploma, although the position is well-suited for a career administrator. There are also opportunities for career development into paraplanning or senior administrative roles. The company places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, regularly organizing social events and company trips to foster team rapport. Part-time applicants, who are available to work four days per week, are also welcome to apply.
