£28k - £34k basic salary + discretionary bonus

With offices throughout the Southeast, my client is a chartered boutique wealth planning company that has been in operation for many years and has substantial financial support. I have placed nearly ten employees, including administrators, paraplanners, advisers, and compliance specialists, into the company after having two meetings with the directors. They have a great reputation for offering private clients who are city professionals, families, retirees, business owners, and accumulators very sound advice about the entire market. With more than £2 million in assets to invest, many of their clientele are HNWs. This company employs about 20 people, including 5 advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team that help them provide their clients with efficient and successful assistance.

An experienced financial administrator with the ability to handle all client services and back-office administration from beginning to end is needed to fill a vacancy. You may be given your own adviser to assist you, and you will report to an operations manager. It is essential to have prior experience with Intelligent Office. A less experienced applicant may be taken into consideration by my client, but they must possess the proper mindset and be eager to learn.

Although the position may allow for a great deal of flexibility, you will be required to visit the offices near Newbury at least once a week; this will increase after you are inducted. Although this position would be appropriate for a career administrator, my client will assist you with your studies if you are taking any examinations towards your level 4 qualification. My customer routinely enjoys workplace socials and vacations and places a high value on teamwork and employee well-being. My client wants to give a base salary of between £28k and £34k along with a benefits package.
