We are seeking an Account Handler to oversee the administrative side of our client's business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a knack for managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage renewals of existing business to ensure continuous service.
- Handle Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) to existing policies as required.
- Responsible for invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide exceptional client servicing to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks including dealing with account queries and financial record keeping.
- Proficiency in Acturis is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in handling Private Clients business is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
