We are seeking an Account Handler to oversee the administrative side of our client's business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a knack for managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage renewals of existing business to ensure continuous service.
  • Handle Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) to existing policies as required.
  • Responsible for invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional client servicing to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks including dealing with account queries and financial record keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Acturis is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in handling Private Clients business is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
