Key Responsibilities:

Support KS2 student safeguarding and welfare
Monitor behavior and provide feedback on progress
Collaborate with SLT to ensure student care
Promote independence and personal development
Assist with 1:1 and group educational programs

HLTA - Newbury Additional Duties:

Cover teaching in the Class Teacher's absence
Assist with planning and activities
Tailor programs to individual needs in partnership with SENCO
Mentor new staff

Certificates - HLTA - Newbury:

Driving licence is preferable
GCSE English and Maths (C or 4 and above)
Hold an enhanced DBS or williness to undergo checks prior to the start date.
