About the role:

  • To provide a high quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body.
  • To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.

Key task areas and responsibilities:

  • Comply with safeguarding procedures and local board principles.
  • Assess referrals and oversee curriculum coordination.
  • Lead positive behaviour support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (education, care, clinical).
  • Monitor student progress to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Review and update Behaviour Support Plans with the clinical team.
