Deputy Headteacher **
- Newbury, Berkshire, RG20.
- Up to 60,000 per annum - dependent on experience.
- Permanent Term Time Only.
- Monday to Friday.
About the role:
- To provide a high quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body.
- To work with the Head Teacher, leadership team and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
Key task areas and responsibilities:
- Comply with safeguarding procedures and local board principles.
- Assess referrals and oversee curriculum coordination.
- Lead positive behaviour support initiatives.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (education, care, clinical).
- Monitor student progress to achieve planned outcomes.
- Review and update Behaviour Support Plans with the clinical team.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate teacher to join the school, supporting children and young people aged 6-19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum tailored to help each student reach their full potential.

Essential:
- UK QTS or equivalent.
- Experience of working with a multi-professional team.
