This client is seeking a passionate and motivated Technical Infrastructure Manager on an interim basis to oversee and guide the technology department within the industrial/manufacturing industry based in Thames Valley, London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure operations, project management and security protocols.

Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the technology department

  • Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide training and mentorship to the technology team

Profile

A successful Technical Infrastructure Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management and operations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, ideally within the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
