REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Account Handler who has experience dealing with Private Clients and has been trained on Acturis.
As an Account Handler your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative Duties:
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
- Prepare and send out policy documents and invoices.
- Handle correspondence and documentation related to insurance policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Client Interaction:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person when necessary.
- Provide clients with information on insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with claims processing and policy changes.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings as needed.
