Senior Employment Solicitor – Newbury

The Role:

  • As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering expert legal advice to clients on a variety of employment matters

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Settlement Agreements: Negotiation and drafting
  • Advisory Services: Guidance on redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Discrimination Claims: Managing cases across all discrimination types
  • TUPE Advice: Providing expertise, particularly in corporate support contexts
  • Restrictive Covenants: Advice, litigation, undertakings and drafting
  • Employment Documentation: Drafting service agreements, contracts, policy documents and handbooks
  • Tribunal Representation: Handling employment tribunal litigation
  • Employee Rights: Advising on flexible working, part-time work and maternity leave management
