Are you a Lead Engineer or Manager from an Industrial Engineering background looking to join a market-leading company to develop your managerial skillset and progress your career?

They have long-standing partnerships with local authorities, utility providers and other nationwide businesses to recycle their waste electrical and electronic equipment. This family run company are looking for the right person to join the business at this exciting time in their growth period.

In this important role you will be taking a "hands-on" managerial approach as you lead the maintenance engineering team responsible for diagnostics and fault-finding on heavy and mobile plant equipment including compactors, shredders, balers, forklifts and telehandlers. You will also be collaborating with other managers on tasks including the Health and Safety practices in the Environment.
