What will you be doing as Facilities Manager?
路 Ensure effective and successful management of the development operations and staff
路 Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to make sure the operations run smoothly
路 Oversee contractors and lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and maintain work at the highest standard
路 Overall budgetary responsibility
路 Respond to any queries and complaints professionally
路 Accountability for resident experience

路 Experienced Facilities Manager who has worked in residential or mixed use buildings.
路 Has management and budgetary experience
路 One who has great understanding of operations and facilities management
