So, who are we? We started out as a doodle on a notepad (like all good things!) and since then, we’ve been taking a fresh approach and bringing simplicity to the word of wine. Great tasting wines at a reasonable price - because let’s face it, you don’t have to be an expert to enjoy wine!

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Senior Brand Manager and wider marketing team to create campaigns that pop, bringing I heart to life. You’ll also be working on variety of projects from owning social media to promotional assets, photoshoots, point-of-sale (POS) and more. We’re all about trying new things, seeing what works and what we can do better, so outside the box thinking is encouraged.

We’re a social bunch and work together in the Newbury office 3 days per week. We have pretty awesome benefits too, including 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and bank hols, and a generous staff discount.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

  • Assist in planning and delivering campaigns that shine across digital and physical platforms.
  • Manage our social media channels, creating fun, shareable content, and providing insights through regular performance reports.
  • Support photoshoots and develop assets with the design team.
  • Keep our website fresh with updates, banners, and product spotlights.
  • Ensureall materials and communications align with our bold, bubbly brand identity.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse by analysing trends and gathering insights to shape our strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • You live and breathe trends and love connecting with consumers.
  • An eye for design and the flair to make campaigns stand out.
  • Practical experience of running social campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills to convey bold ideas.
