The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a really value-driven small independent business based in Newbury, who?are looking to recruit a creative Marketing Executive to join their friendly and well-established team, with the ambition and hunger to learn and developover time.
As Marketing Executive, you will work closely alongside the Managing Director and specialist marketing mentor to deliver the long-term marketing strategy. Once up to speed you will gain exposure in all areas of marketing including; creating blog content, delivering email marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, optimising SEO, website design and overseeing and managing all paid advertising.
As Marketing Executive, you will have the ability to wear multiple hats and have the willingness to learn and continuously adding to your skillset and wider marketing knowledge over time. The successful candidate will be joining a small business, who are in the process of becoming a certified B Corp and are looking for a value driven candidate who is looking to fit their vision and become an integral part of their small business.

The successful Marketing Executive will work closely with the MD,and alsocoached by on a 1-2-1 basis by a specialistmarketing mentor to ensure you are supported within the role to really develop professionally over time and add to your marketing expertise.
