The Role:

Due to exciting growth, they are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join their Spaces specialist business unit, working closely with leading vendors like Poly, SCT, Pexip, and Yealink, as well as DTEN, and Quadra.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team and you’ll be at the heart of their marketing efforts, collaborating with their Vendor Manager, Business Development Manager, and Pre-Sales Specialist to drive growth in their Spaces pillar, which specialises in creating exceptional meeting room solutions. You’ll also play a key part in executing event support, managing internal & partner newsletters, driving social media scheduling, and executing their SBU marketing & nurture trail strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management Strategy: Create and manage marketing strategies for key partners (Poly, SCT, Pexip, and Yealink), ensuring alignment with vendor goals and maximising exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Event Support: Lead the marketing and promotion for events, including webinars, trade shows, and partner events to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Internal & Partner Newsletters: Develop, manage, and distribute newsletters, keeping both internal teams and partners informed and engaged with the latest product updates and marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media Scheduling: Plan and manage social media content, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • SBU Marketing & Nurture Trail: Implement and manage marketing campaigns within the Spaces business unit, focusing on lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with our Vendor Manager, Business Development Manager, and Pre-Sales Specialist to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals and sales initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Marketing Expertise: You have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within technology sectors or related fields, and you understand how to build effective vendor partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Ability to craft engaging content for newsletters, social media, and marketing campaigns that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders - including image design (Adobe Suite experience preferential)
  • Event Marketing: Experience in managing and promoting events, from online webinars to in-person trade shows, with a focus on driving attendance and generating leads.
  • Digital Savvy: Skilled in social media management, email marketing platforms, and tools like Google Analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience developing and managing vendor marketing strategies that align with business objectives and maximise partner relationships.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A strong team player who can work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A well-executed vendor management strategy that drives growth for Poly, SCT, Pexip, DTEN and Yealink, and supports emerging vendors like Quadra.
  • Successful execution of events, with increased attendance and engagement, leading to higher lead generation.

  • Measurable growth in lead generation and customer engagement through targeted nurture trails.
  • Positive collaboration and outcomes in partnership with the Vendor Manager, Business Development Manager, and Pre-Sales Specialist.
