Every successful project starts with the right experience and we need someone with your amazing client facing skills to join us in delivering a super-slick and efficient sales & marketing function.

Working alongside our amazing Founder, Kate, and fantastic Office Manager, Kate, you’ll be the master of plate spinning whilst moving in the fast lane and will handle everything from preparing and following up fee proposals and converting quotations to projects, to collating Social Media material and managing our partner programme.

You’ll be busy BUT we can 100% guarantee you’ll have a lot of fun alongside a supportive, relaxed and forward-thinking team helping you succeed and grow within our amazing company.

You’ll be a great match if you have the following traits:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Organised and methodical working methods.
+ Personable and sociable attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
+ A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn how to use the company project management software.
+ Knowledge of CRM software and preparing fee proposals.
+ Self-motivation with a strong attention to detail.
+ Good problem-solving skills.
+ A strong interest in architecture and design.
