Gekko is seeking an Account Executive to join our vibrant client services team at our Newbury Head Office. If you're an administrator eager to expand your horizons within a fast-moving, diverse organisation, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Client Account Executive, you’ll be the right-hand person to our Account Director, playing a crucial role in managing and supporting a nationwide field team for a top-tier technology brand. Your day-to-day activities will be as varied as they are exciting, from organising events and booking hotels to distributing the latest products and merchandise.

Your Package

Your Role

Join our friendly office team and dive into a role where your organisational skills will truly make a difference. As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Field-Based Staff: Be the key link between our field team, brands, and office colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations.

  • Coordinating Stock and Deliveries: Manage logistics with our brand/ partners through our online portal, keeping everything running like clockwork.

  • Monitor Online Engagement Platform: Ensuring prizes and correspondents are issued to winners.

  • Collaborating on Uniforms and Merchandise: Work with our teams and suppliers to create, order, and distribute eye-catching uniforms and merchandise.

  • Creating and Coordinating Events: Bring your creativity to life by organising memorable internal team events and external client meetings.

  • Professional written / verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively

  • Skills with Google Workspace advantageous - but full training will be given
