Junior Office Administrator Salary: £19,500 - £21,000 dependent on experience Location: Office basedWe are seeking an organised and proactive Junior Administrator to support our Office Manager and Client Service Manager, as well as the daily office operations . This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment. 

Key Responsibilities•    Assist with general office duties such as filing and scanning documents •    Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail•    Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary•    Data entry and updating client records in our Client Relationship Management system•    Provide support to various teams as needed

•    Requirements•    No prior experience required; full training will be provided•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal•    Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively•    Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g Microsoft Office Suite)•    Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a team player
