What You'll Do:As our Office Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly. Your role will be varied and engaging, including:

  • Managing daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a smile
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory to keep everything well-stocked
  • Supporting HR processes, including onboarding new team members
  • Assisting with Marketing duties such as updating social media such as Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram
  • Liaising with teams to book travel and accommodation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to help others
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
