Our client is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support at their Newbury office. This position offers an opportunity to join a technically oriented team that values long-term relationships and is dedicated to achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage phone calls and effectively address queries from customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Process software license renewals and handle various financial and accounting tasks, including preparing sales quotations, processing sales invoices, and producing purchase orders.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing mail, filing, and processing incoming goods.
  • Arrange meetings, both in-person and virtual, and provide support during these sessions, including managing refreshments.
  • Welcome visitors and assist colleagues with travel arrangements.
  •  Maintain office supplies, including stationery and refreshments, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cleaning contractors to keep the office area orderly and tidy.
  • Participate in additional tasks based on skills and interests, such as initial assessment of incoming support calls, providing emergency first aid (training will be provided), and assisting in the planning of company events and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and handling office equipment.
