Vanta Staffing is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver in the Newbury area.
Candidates must have a Cat C+E driving licence with a minimum of 2 years of experience, a valid CPC, and digi tacho.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 and requires no more than 6 points on the driving record, with no DR or IN endorsements.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 16:30, and the role is temp to perm.
The driver will be responsible for collecting, delivering, and exchanging RO-RO bins between various operational sites.

Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Newbury area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in the career and join a well- established and successful team.

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

Cat C+E Driving licence (Minimum 2 years experience)
Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
RO-RO (Wagon & Drag) experience
No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Salary: £40,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday (07.30am - 16.30)
Location: Newbury
Duration: Temp to Perm

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

Collect, deliver and exchange RO-RO bins, travelling between the clients and the 3 operational sites
Following driving routes provided by the Transport Department
Complete vehicle checks
Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
