Vanta Staffing is seeking a Class 1 Driver for a client in the Newbury area.
The position requires a Cat C+E driving license with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid CPC and digi tacho.
Candidates should have RO-RO (Wagon & Drag) experience and no more than 6 points on their driving record, with no DR or IN endorsements.
The salary for this role is £40,000, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 16:30.
This is a temp to perm position involving the collection, delivery, and exchange of RO-RO bins between operational sites.

Class 1 Driver

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

Cat C+E Driving licence (Minimum 2 years experience)
Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
RO-RO (Wagon & Drag) experience
No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Salary: £40,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday (07.30am - 16.30)
Location: Newbury
Duration: Temp to Perm

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

Collect, deliver and exchange RO-RO bins, travelling between the clients and the 3 operational sites
Following driving routes provided by the Transport Department
Complete vehicle checks
Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
