A national main contractor is seeking a freelance Project Manager for a new build commercial development valued at £15 million.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in new build projects.
Required qualifications include valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
Key responsibilities involve managing subcontractors, site staff, and client relationships while ensuring health and safety compliance.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

I am working with a national main contractor, specialising in new build projects up to 20m in the commercial sector, who currently have a requirement for a Project Manager on a freelance basis.

The project is a new build, fast paced commercial development, value 15m.

The successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Experience of new build projects, including frame, cladding, roofing and internals packages would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Contracts Manager
project Management including managing subcontractors and site staff
Management of the relationship with the end client
Managing the development to programme
Health and Safety
