CMA are assisting our well-established, Newbury-based client with the recruitment of a Payroller for their growing business. 

What will the Payroller role involve?

  • Accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll function (end-to-end) ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ensure all payroll actions are compliant with relevant legislation and contractual obligations.
  • Main point of contact for employees and managers with regards to payroll queries and company policies.
  • Payroll reconciliations, calculating benefits and producing P11d’s & PSAs for reporting to HMRC.
  • Support the Finance Team with payroll reporting requirements.
  • Auto Enrolment enquiries/setting up Auto Enrolment pension schemes.
  • Gathering and sharing data for internal and external auditors.
  • Performing manual calculations.
