Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Reading (Hybrid), with travel to sites across the South East

This nationwide contractor is an industry-leading specialist in sports pitch construction, primarily focussing on the construction of all types of sports and athletic facilities throughout the UK. The business has a close-knit team of passionate individuals with a genuine interest in everyone's development and progression. As a result of growth, an opportunity has been created for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team.

Within this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Director and assisting the commercial team with all aspects of cost reconciliation reporting, cashflows, and valuations. This will be primarily office-based with hybrid working available, and some occasional site travel.

The ideal candidate will have some experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, and have a genuine interest in this type of work.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Operations Director
  • Bill of quantities, cost reconciliation reporting, managing cashflows, procurement, and valuations

  • Quantity Surveyor with construction experience
  • A genuine interest & desire to work on sports projects
  • Full UK driving licence.
