Lettings Negotiator – Newbury
Overview
We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Newbury. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating Lets, and managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency. You will be the face of our business and the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Generate and book property viewings
- Negotiate property lets and ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
- Attend property viewings and provide customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Keep up to date with industry developments and legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience in Lettings is not required as full training will be provided
- IT Proficient and familiar with MS Office packages
- Ideally have some Lettings Valuation experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
The Package
- £18,000 - £25,000 basic with £35,000 Basic salary
- Very Strong Uncapped Commission Structure

Hours are: Mon - Fri 8.40am - 6.00pm , and Saturdays 10-3 working 1in2 with a day off in the week.
