ALS are hiring on behalf of a highly respected multi-office Law firm with offices across London, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.
The Role:
The day to day duties will be working in the Residential Real Estate team and will involve being able to run conveyancing matters from start to finish.
- Handling a caseload of mulitple files depending upon experience
- Managing sale and purchase of Residential Real Estate
- Assisting others on the team with day to day conveyancing duties
Ideally you will possess the following skills/qualifications:
- Experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Be IT literate with experience of using a case management system
- Be confident in communicating with clients
The ideal candidate will love working in a fast-paced environment, be able to efficiently manage deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative in prioritising workloads.
You will have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing procedure, have a keen eye fordetail, and enjoy being part of a growing, friendly team.
