Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are now seeking a hard working and ambitious candidate to join our team in Newburyas a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

A career in recruitment is fast paced and exciting, where no two days are the same. Once you have received our comprehensive training, you will be responsible for building your own 'business within our business' - this will entail generating and following up on leads to bring new clients to the business, working closely with your candidate pool to ensure your clients are receiving the best possible service, and then developing and maintaining all of these relationships so that they remain a core part of your business for the future.

The role will be initially to support the sales team and assist in the resourcing and placing of candidates along with general office duties and you will then progress into a trainee consultant role. Ultimately we are looking for someone who can develop into the Recruitment Consultant role and be responsible for their own sales desk and the opportunity to embark on a long and rewarding career with ITS. You will learn how to manage your candidates and clients both over the phone and in person on regular site visits. As well as this you will learn how to build and manage your sales pipeline to gain new and regular business opportunities. We will teach you how to approach the upcoming projects in your designated area in the most effective and efficient ways to help you grow your sales desk.
