A national Planned and Reactive Maintenance contractor are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join their Cumbria Branch. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive, community-focused team where you will receive full support from their operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, staff and clients
- Deliver pre-work notifications and manage appointments
- Handle customer complaints and issue resolution
- Conduct customer surveys (door-to-door and phone)
- Assist with project administration and quality plans
- Scheduling of works
- Drive team to successfully deliver agreed KPI's
- Liaison with full team regarding reactive works
- Support community projects as needed
- Update client portal
Requirements:
- 1+ year in a similar role
- Excellent customer care, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Full UK driver’s license
