Sales Enablement Trainer

Newbury (Hybrid)

As the Sales Enablement Trainer, you will play a critical role in equipping sales team with the skills, knowledge, resources and tools they need to succeed. This is an exciting role to use your skills and experience to ensure that the Sales Departments are well prepared to engage with potential clients, close deals and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain a Sales Academy
  • Design and deliver high impact sales development program, that addresses the needs of sales teams at all levels
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Track and report data for Sales Academy
  • Develop excellent relationships internally and externally
  • Liaise with sales departments and stakeholders
  • Handle ad-hoc and annual training needs

Skills:

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales training or sales leadership role
  • Ability to give constructive feedback to sales departments and stakeholders
  • Instructional design and facilitation skills
  • Strong with learning technology innovation and integration
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the sales departments
  • Excellent coaching skills, with a track record of helping individuals and teams improve their performance
  • Solve problems and make decisions
  • Ensure compliance
