The Role:

As a Business Development Manager within the Spaces Specialist Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between solution segments and the sales team, focusing specifically on Spaces (Rooms and AV). Collaborating closely with the Vendor Manager, Marketing Executive, and Pre-Sales team, you will craft tailored plans to drive revenue and market penetration.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to deepen vendor relationships, build customer growth strategies, and prospect new business. You will act as the go-to expert for Rooms and AV solutions by providing vendor insights and helping to grow their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Recruitment:** Identify and engage potential customers, targeting those ideal for Rooms and AV solutions.
- **Customer Development:** Nurture relationships to drive long-term growth and retention.
- **Project Support:** Assist in project execution, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Vendor Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- **Customer/Vendor Interaction:** Collaborate effectively with both customers and vendors to deliver tailored solutions.
- **Bid Support:** Play a key role in major bid processes, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
