Academics Ltd are working with an outstanding school in Newbury who are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to join them from January 2025. We are looking to appoint a fully qualified teacher (with QTS) who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management. This is also a great opportunity for ECT's looking for their first teaching role.

The school are looking for a Science Teacher who -

  • Is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management,
  • Can plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons to students of all abilities.

Science Teacher Requirements -

  • Degree in Science or a related field
  • Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS
  • Experience with online teaching platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
