We are currently working with one of our long standing clients to onboard a Housing Officer to join their Customer Service team on a permanent basis.

The requirements for this Housing Officer role are:

  • Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches as well as the ability to oversee and work on case management
  • Experience triaging complex housing queries that come in, making sure you are responding to the customer's needs
  • Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
