Your Role in the Family Safeguarding Team:

Collaborate with specialist workers to deliver group-based interventions for families.Use a strengths-based approach and motivational interviewing techniques to help families achieve sustained change.Work directly with children to ensure their voices are heard.Take a holistic approach, considering both immediate and extended social circles.Access high-quality reflective supervision within a multi-disciplinary forum.

What We Need From You:

Qualified Social Worker - Registered with Social Work EnglandExperience in Managing Risk - Within a caseload of complex casesKnowledge of Relevant Legislation & Policies - To support best practiceStrong Stakeholder Management Skills - Building effective relationships across teamsAbility to Manage Conflict & Disagreement - Ensuring the best outcomes for familiesFull UK Driving Licence & Access to a Car
