This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage tenancy management and housing expertise. The Housing Specialist will be responsible for triaging complex housing queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to customers' needs, and managing some cases directly.Key Responsibilities:Triaging and managing complex housing queries.Providing support to customers via telephone, email, and digital channels.Actively engaging with customers to understand and resolve their issues.Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and ideas.Requirements:Previous experience in delivering a range of housing management services, including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy breaches.Strong self-motivation and organisational skills.Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using multiple computer systems.Experience working with customers in a busy environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognise risks.Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
