We have an opportunity for a Housing Specialist to join ourCustomer Services Team in the Newbury office.

This will be a full time, 12 month fixed term role, where you'll be working from home and in the office at least two days a week.

The starting salary is £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

The role:

OurHousing Specialist role is a unique opportunity to use your tenancy management and housing knowledge.

You'll be triaging the often complex housing queries that come in to SNG, making sure we are responding to our customer's needs. There will be some case management as well.

This is a desk based role where you'll be supportingour customers by telephone, email and our digital channels, actively engaging with them to understand their issue and resolving them in a timely and appropriate way.

As a member of the Customer Services Housing Team you will be part of a growing, close knit and supportive team where you'llshareexperience, knowledge and ideas.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience of delivering a range of housingmanagement services including safeguarding, anti-socialbehaviour and tenancy breaches
  • The ability to self-motivate and be highly organised
  • Experience of working collaborativelywith internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to use multiple computer systems
  • Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
  • The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
