Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate team committed to providing high-quality social care services to adults in the community. This will be working within an Adults Locality Team playing a crucial role in supporting individuals to live independently and with dignity. We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join this Adults Locality Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for adults with a range of needs. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.Your new role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Provide support and advocacy for service users.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies and professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social care.
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a car due to the rural location.
